An accessible centre in the community where a 6 months Livelihood programme is run for Youth,Disabled,Women & strugler In Which Personality Development, Assistant Accountant Course, Advance Excel, Advance Tally, Communication

who are known as aspirants, in the community in the age group of 18–40 years which develops them through Life Skills training and IT skills Career Development, Mentoring Support and Placement opportunities that will help them convert their passion into gainful employment.

Post the training program, the youth are supported through the interview and placement process and are monitored for the first 6 months into their jobs. Parent meetings, exposure visits, extra-curricular activities and mentoring by volunteers from the corporate provide students with the environment to focus on developing their skills and transforming their passion into gainful employment.

Corporate & Government Projects is the sustainability wing of Kamdar Education Trust Since its inception in 2017, it has been implementing livelihood oriented skill development programs, sponsored by Corporates and Government agencies MSSDS,NSDC,NULM,PMKUV etc.

We conduct Livelihood oriented Skill Development projects under CSR including design, plan and implementation of Skill Development project, aligned with your CSR objectives.

Corporate & Government Projects believes in collaboration of all stake holders for coexistence and growth. Every stake holder has its own unique strength and expertise in its own capacity, Corporate under CSR has funds to support Skill Development initiative, we with our experience of over 4 Years have tested processes and practices. With individual strengths and expertise, may have limited desired impact, whereas with collaboration of individual strengths the effect is synergistic.

KAMDAR EDUCATION TRUST is teaching skills that are useful to the women in the project. Common subjects include basic financial literacy, entrepreneurship coaching, income generating side projects, organizat for women’s empowerment. Access to technology is not only the availability of hardware, but a training approach that facilitates computer adoption. This study examined the adoption of computer technology Courses Like Assistant Accountant, Master In Advance Excel to urban women. It explored the contribution of psychological variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, and computer self-efficacy to behavioural intention to adopt computers.

Both familial (encouragement, finances, a computer literate member, computer ownership, and access) and institutional (proximity of the training centre, preferred gender of the trainer, attributes, and role) support variables were considered. Results indicated that women adopt computer technology if it is evaluated to be useful to them and their family. Familial support such as a computer literate family member and a family computer and institutional support such as convenience of the training centre and a patient and flexible trainer were found to be significant factors in facilitating computer adoption.

Founder’s story


I am Hiren Kamdar, aged 32 years, a resident of Vasai, Dist. Palghar. I am a cerebral palsy affected physically challenged person with 70% Disablity. This disability is from my birth. I have limited mobility as my hands/legs do not function properly. I have studied till class-XII and passed 6 computer certificates and diploma examination and am fully computer literate.

along with my mother, am running a free computer education Institution, through Kamdar Education Trust, Presently located at Nallasopara, Dist. Palghar. I myself impart computer education to needy and poor free of cost. Since last 9 years in Vasai –Nallasopara Dist.Palghar. My Mother, Mrs. Kiran Kamdar, aged 60 years, a housewife is managing the Trust and looking after the administrative and other issues of the educational institution as I have limited mobility she is doing so without any honorarium. Since 2011-12 we have educated more than 5000 students which include physically challenged person, unemployed youth, unemployed young ladies, poor and needy Children and some senior citizens also.
